Colette joined Grail Partners LLC as a Partner focusing on the financial technology and asset management industry. Grail is an advisory merchant bank serving the financial services industry from offices in New York, Boston and California. Grail partners have worked on over 100 strategic transactions involving financial services businesses over two decades.

Prior to joining Grail in 2010, she was a Managing Director of Proctor NBF Capital Partners, a private equity group of Putnam Lovell NBF where she was responsible for private equity investments in asset management, specialty finance, financial processing and insurance. Prior to the creation of Proctor NBF, Colette was an investment banker at Putnam Lovell NBF, where she specialized in advising clients in financial technology and asset management mergers and acquisitions.

From 1998 to 2004, Colette was a Principal at Freeman & Co. focusing on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments for various financial services clients, among them: structured products and derivatives firms, trading firms, broker dealers, alternative investment management firms, as well as high net worth advisory firms.

Prior to joining Freeman & Co., Colette was at J.P. Morgan within their internal problem solving team. Colette earned a BS in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
