While we typically take minority positions, we strive to add value and influence outcomes through:

• Connections—to others in the industry "supply chain," including strategic partners, that can be crucial to fostering growth;
• Analyzing Targets and Transactions—for mergers, team liftouts, and other initiatives to grow free cash flow;
• Nominating Executives and Analyzing Performance—to bolster or round-out a management team.
